This remarkable woodblock print by Fumio Kitaoka, titled 'Kōjō-ba nite 2' (At the Factory Site 2), dates back to 1963 and is part of a limited edition of only 30, with this being number 3. Kitaoka, a prominent artist from the sōsaku-hanga movement, was known for blending traditional Japanese techniques with modern aesthetics. His works are held in esteemed collections worldwide. This print exhibits significant, uneven toning, especially in the margins, along with foxing (small brown age spots), tape residue on the reverse, and small wormholes on the margins. There are visible yellowed tape remnants on the front edges. The reverse shows adhesive stains from previous mounting, and minor creases and handling wear are present at the edges and corners.
