Up for auction is a set of K&B Challenger Speed Controllers, featuring striking red and black models. Each controller is in New Old Stock condition and appears unused, with original wiring neatly bundled. However, please note that the original boxes have sustained significant wear due to water damage, including staining, foxing, edge wear, and corner crushing. The cellophane window is intact for the red controller, while the black controller’s box shows a prominent water stain and retains a vintage price sticker from 'J & B HOBBY AND BICYCLES' for $4.95. Ideal for collectors of 1960s slot car racing memorabilia, these controllers were produced by the renowned K&B Mfg. Corp., a name synonymous with quality in the vintage hobby market.
